What is a Sample Order?

In order to verify the material, fashion, sewing processes and quality of the motorcycle clothing, most customers will place the sample order with its own product design drawings and technical requirements. Sample order provides decision-making basis for large order quotation. Generally, the sample order includes 1-5 pieces motorcycle clothing such as motorcycle jacket, motorcycle pants or motorcycle vest, etc. As the professional motorcycle clothing manufacturer, BOWINS Garment will charge sample orders according to the cost. Due to the high cost of molds, the sample order price is 2-3 times the cost of bulk orders because of small quantity, high cost of templates, different of fabrics and accessories, etc. You prefer to provide detailed requirements for sample shape, weight, BOM structure, etc., then we can manufacture high-quality motorcycle clothing samples for you. Followed is the quotation process(flow chart):

  1. Product information communication and confirmation;
  2. Sample quotation
  3. After confirming the price, pay according to PI
  4. Arrange samples after payment, send it to the customer in 10-15 days
  5. Revise the opinion arrangement and proof again or place the order and arrange the bulk goods after confirmation.

The motorcycle wear style should make clear whether you need a bulk quote or a sample order. Style refers to the product type which is the basis for our proofing. Because the application environment of motorcycle clothing is different, if necessary, you can briefly describe the target customers, regions and application environment of the product, so that we can deeply understand your samples and functions based on industry experience, and provide professional communication and suggestions in the future.

Step 1. Product information communication and confirmation. The main purpose of this step is to confirm the style, specifications of surface accessories (pattern & color, functionality, weight, etc.), size chart (with a form that does not involve company secrets, and describe the parameter description and filling method)

You can provide information to us by choosing one of the following 4 ways. Let us determine your needs for styles and noodle accessories.

If you choose our style products:

A, please send us the product renderings or display pictures. It is best to provide us with pictures of the front, back and lining. It is recommended to indicate the quality requirements of the fabric. We will make appropriate adjustments based on the situation in combination with years of design and production experience, and then provide noodle accessories specifications, product details, and size charts for your confirmation.

If your style is not our product:

B, product picture + product description + modification opinions, we will provide design drawings and size chart (for example, the press-button adjustment in the sleeve changed to Velcro adjustment) for your confirmation, this is the simple and the fastest way to communicate.

C, sample + modification opinion + size chart (such as the cuff press-button adjustment is changed to Velcro adjustment), this way of communication is clear, strong operability, and it is not easy to appear ambiguity.

D, design drawings + size chart (you need to provide detailed design drawings and location and size chart of surface accessories), this is the most professional, but also helps to reduce communication ambiguity, quotation as soon as possible, shorten the sample cycle, provide you with better and more professional service.

Note: If you need to add a logo, please inform us the logo’s color, process (embroidery, printing, rubber label, etc.) and position, and send the logo design file (PDF, AI & PNG) to us, we can facilitate the logo with the specified process, the processing technology should be arranged reasonably, and the motorcycle clothing sample and logo production should be completed at one time, to avoid the sample quality problems caused by forgetting or modifying.

Our salesmen will quickly reply and coordinate, and maintain professional communication with you until the product is confirmed. The salesmen will pass the information you provide to our professional product manager who is responsible for your sample order. The product manager and the professional motorcycle designer in the design department set up a project team to take charge of your sample sheet technology and production process until delivery. According to the way you provide sample information, BOWINS Design Department, IE Department and Raw Material Purchasing Department can discuss the sample style, layout, material and processing technology to confirm that all links meet the requirements. Enter Step 2. This process usually takes 1-2 days.

Note: All the following links require the design department, key technologies and processes, and time. Give customers a clear and clear concept, reflecting BOWINS professionalism and rigorous sample process control.

Step 2. According to the determined styles and noodle accessories specifications, we calculate the sample fee and freight.

Please tell us your delivery address, we will check the shipping price. The same product fee is charged together. If there are a large number of samples at one time, freight will be charged before shipment. Please advise the size required.

Note: The sample fee can be deducted from the bulk production.

  1. Send the sample invoice and inform the payment account, please arrange to pay the sample fee andfreight.

According to the sample invoice provided by us, we will arrange the payment in time. The sample time is within 15 days after our company receives the payment and arranges to send it out.

  1. Inform sample progress and feedback.

Note: If there is any problem in the middle, we will promptly feedback with you.

  1. The sample is completed, the finished picture is taken, and the picture is sent for confirmation.
  1. Samples delivery, waiting for receipt.

Usually after the sample is completed, we will choose Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT and other courier companies to send express. If you have a pay-to account, we can also choose to pay by mail. Under normal circumstances, the courier will be delivered to you within 5-7.
